• The Countdown to the 2013 Cederberg flower season has begun.

    The Clanwilliam Wildflower Show in the church begins on 29 August 2013 and runs until 8 September.


  • At the show, we will be turning our focus onto the tiny critters that help perpetuate this kingdom.

  • We will even have an ultraviolet viewing room, to help you see the flowers as the insects do. 

     

  • As with last year, there will also be a fringe festival, with lots to do and see.

Crazy beautiful.....

Datura stramonium, moon flower - or "malpitte" - whilst a gloriously beautiful bloom, is also deadly dangerous if ingested. This intriguing bloom is generally found along roadsides or in farmers' fields. Click here for more....
